Shipping policy

We’re happy to prepare and ship your order!
AIVO ships worldwide and offers free standard shipping on orders over $59 (after discounts are applied).


Order Status

Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to check your order status. You can also view this information through your customer account.

Important Note

If tracking details aren’t visible immediately, please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the information. Delays can occur between your order leaving our warehouse and the carrier’s first scan.


Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order processing: 1–3 business days (excluding pre-order items)

  • Delivery time: Approximately 5–10 business days from the date of processing, depending on your location

During peak periods (such as holidays) or due to weather conditions, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these times.


Customs & Duties

All AIVO orders are shipped duty-free. There are no additional customs charges upon delivery.

If a shipment is refused for reasons other than damage or error on our part, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and handling fees.


Delivery Address Errors

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact our support team as soon as possible at support@goaivo.com. We may be able to update the address before your order ships.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery addresses cannot be changed.
