Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, in its original packaging, and with all included components. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Sale items are also non-returnable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
